Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking returned items. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. To start a return, contact us at help@buckwildmoto.com and include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact us for any return question at help@buckwildmoto.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 days after the estimated delivery date.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain items are marked final sale and cannot be returned. Please get in touch at help@buckwildmoto.com if you have questions or concerns about a specific item prior to purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less restocking fees, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
